About Membership Registration

No joining fee or annual fee is required.
If you wish to place an order, membership registration (free of charge) is required.

◎How to Register

  1. Please proceed from the New Member Registration page.
  2. Please enter your information on the New Member Registration screen.
    • All input and selection fields are required.
    • Please set the email address to a valid address you currently use.
    • Please register a password of 5 characters or more using half-width alphanumeric characters.
  3. Please review "Terms of use and the Handling of Personal Information" and click "Register as a Member."
  4. A membership registration completion email will be sent to the email address you registered.

◎Notes

  • If there is an error in the email address you registered, we will not be able to send emails from our store. Please enter it correctly when registering.
  • If the registered email address is restricted from receiving emails, you may not be able to receive emails from our store. Please follow the settings of your mobile carrier, remove the domain rejection, or allow emails from "@grayparkaservice.com" and "@chiikawamarket.jp".

About Ordering

If you have already completed membership registration, please log in and proceed with your order.
If you wish to place an order on this site, membership registration (free of charge) is required.

◎How to Order

  1. On the product page, press the "Add to Cart" button to put the item into the shopping cart.
  2. If you want to keep shopping, press the "Continue Shopping" button, and if you want to proceed with purchase, press the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  3. When the ordering procedure is complete, the "Thank you! ○○-sama" screen will be displayed.
  4. A "Order Confirmation Email" will be automatically sent to the email address you registered.

◎Notes

  • At the point when you add an item to the cart, it has not yet been secured. The item will be secured only when the ordering procedure is completed.
  • Pre-orders start and regular products cannot be ordered together.
  • Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after placing an order. Please place your order only after agreeing to this.
  • If the order confirmation email does not arrive, it may have been received in the spam folder, there may be an issue with the customer's email settings, or the email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please check and then contact us via the Inquiry form.
  • We do not offer wrapping.
  • Please carefully confirm that there are no mistakes in the delivery address information before completing your order.
    If you change your address after shipment from our store (forwarding), we cannot handle it, so please contact Yamato Transport yourself.
    Regarding additional shipping charges incurred due to address changes (forwarding), our store can only guarantee them.

  • When ordering Plush or Mascot products, please be sure to check the product standards listed on this page. Our store defines these cases as product standards, so we kindly ask that you place your order with this in mind after agreeing in advance.
  • Orders exceeding the limited quantity will be canceled. Please purchase within the limited quantity.

◎About Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of orders. Please place your order only after agreeing in advance.

◎About Registering Your Credit Card Number

If you register your email address and mobile phone number with "Shop Pay," the next time you make a purchase, you can simply enter the 6-digit code sent by SMS to your mobile phone number and complete payment easily without having to re-enter your credit card information.
* The Shop Pay app does not support Japanese, so because addresses cannot be entered in Japanese, please register from the web page.

●Apple Pay

◎How to Pay

Tap the Apple Pay button displayed on the order confirmation screen and log in to Apple.
After logging in, select the registered shipping address and credit card, etc., to complete the procedure.

●Rakuten Pay

You can make smooth payments using your usual Rakuten ID and password. Accumulate and use Rakuten Points! Please use Rakuten Pay, which is "easy," "safe," and "advantageous."
* Rakuten Points can only be accumulated for payments made with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, or Rakuten Cash.

◎How to Pay

  1. When placing your order, select "Rakuten Pay" on the payment screen and click "Confirm Order."
  2. When you tap "Complete Order," you will be moved to KOMOJU's payment screen.
  3. You will be redirected to the Rakuten member login screen, so please log in with your Rakuten ID.
  4. Please confirm the details shown on the Rakuten Pay site and complete your payment.

◎ About usage history

Please check your Rakuten Points usage details in the automatic email sent from Rakuten, or in the Rakuten Pay usage history.

● d Payment

Depending on the amount you pay, you can earn and use d points! It's a convenient and great-value service from Docomo.
The payment methods available include convenient mobile phone bill combined payments and credit card payments, so even non-Docomo users can use it.

  2. You will be redirected to the login screen, so please log in with your d account.

● Smartphone Payment (PayPay / au Pay)

This is an electronic payment method that lets you pay using a smartphone QR code or a dedicated app.
Our store uses KOMOJU's payment agency service.
To use this service, you must register for PayPay or au PAY in advance.

If accessing on a smartphone

  1. When placing your order, select your preferred payment method on the payment screen.
  2. When you tap "Complete Order," you will be moved to KOMOJU's payment screen.
  3. Check the displayed payment amount, then tap "Proceed."
  4. The smartphone payment app will launch, so follow the on-screen instructions and tap "Pay."

If accessing on a PC

  1. When placing your order, select your preferred payment method on the payment screen.
  2. When you tap "Complete Order," you will be moved to KOMOJU's payment screen.
  3. A QR code will be displayed. If you scan the QR code with a smartphone that has the relevant payment app installed, the payment procedure screen will appear.

  • After moving to each smartphone payment app, please complete the payment procedure within the time listed below.
    PayPay: Within 5 minutes after moving to the PayPay app
    au PAY: Within 5 minutes after moving to the au PAY app

● Pay Later Paidy

Paidy is a payment method that lets you bundle your purchases and pay the following month at a convenience store or bank.
There are no per-purchase payment fees, but the fee varies depending on how you pay the billed amount in the billing month. For details, please see the official Paidy page.

  1. When placing your order, select "Pay Later Paidy" as your payment method and enter your email address and mobile phone number.
  2. When you enter the 4-digit verification code sent by SMS, your order will be completed.
  3. Paidy will send you a notice of the billed amount by email and SMS between the 1st and 5th of the following month, so please select your payment method and pay by the 27th of the following month.

◎ Number of days from order to shipment

Except for some items, products that are in stock will be shipped within 7 business days from the day after your order date, and Pre-orders start will be delivered within 7 business days from the scheduled shipping date.

◎ Shipping status after shipment

After your ordered item has been shipped, please check the “Shipping Completion Email” sent to the email address you registered.
It includes your Yamato Inquiry tracking number and a URL where you can check the delivery status.

◎ Notes

  • Items are shipped per order number (receipt number). Multiple orders cannot be combined.
  • You cannot specify the delivery date or time.
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • For address changes (forwarding) after shipment from our store, please contact Yamato Transport directly.
    ※Important※
    Starting with shipments on Thursday, June 1, 2023, Yamato Transport will charge a forwarding fee when a parcel is redirected.
    Due to reasons such as “incorrect delivery address,” “long-term absence,” or “move,” if the delivery address is changed (forwarded) to an address different from the one written on the shipping label, additional forwarding charges will apply according to the new destination, and the “recipient” will be responsible for paying them.
    We may not be able to handle requests to redirect shipments from our store to Yamato Transport.
    Also, regarding any additional forwarding fees incurred, our store can only guarantee the original charges.

About Returns and Exchanges

When your item arrives, first please check whether there is any damage or defect in the item and whether it matches your order.

◎ Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.
Please confirm the item’s color, size, contents, features, delivery date, and notes before placing your order.

◎ Returns and exchanges due to product defects

Although we strive to ensure perfection, if a defective item such as a damaged product, or an item different from what you ordered, is delivered, we will accept a return or exchange.

Please contact us via the Inquiry form within 7 days after the item arrives, stating the relevant product name and quantity.
After we confirm the details, we will contact you again from our store.

Please note that for sold-out items and similar cases where a replacement item cannot be prepared, we may handle the matter by refund, so please understand this in advance.

※If the item is returned in the original box, the exchanged item will still be shipped in a regular shipping box. Please note that the original box cannot be returned.

  • Exchange or return requests made after the response period has passed from the date of delivery due to long-term storage, etc.
  • Items returned without prior contact (if you wish to exchange or return an item, please be sure to contact us in advance.)
  • Items damaged or broken due to customer use
  • Requests from anyone other than the purchaser (except when requested by an agent who has been verified as authorized in a manner specified by our company.)
  • When purchased from a store other than this site (including auction sites, permanent stores, physical stores, and online stores, but not limited to these.)
  • When the item is not considered defective initially, but is due to product characteristics

◎ If the item is returned to our store without being received by the customer

If, after shipment from our company, the customer does not receive the item and it is returned to our company (including our designated warehouse and other delivery bases) due to refusal of receipt, expiration of storage due to absence, unknown address, etc. (not limited to these cases), we will treat the order as canceled at the time of return and charge the following fees to the customer. If payment for the item had already been made in advance, we will refund any remaining amount after deducting the customer’s share.

◎ If the customer uses an overseas forwarding service, etc. and the item is shipped overseas

This site is provided for customers residing in Japan. However, if the customer uses “Global-e” to purchase products from outside Japan, use of this site is possible in accordance with the Terms of use that apply to “Global-e.” Also, even if the customer uses an overseas forwarding service at their own responsibility, our store will handle returns and exchanges in the same manner as above. For example, even if the customer purchases an item using an overseas forwarding service, if the item arrives at the address in Japan specified as the delivery destination, and within 7 days from that date the customer contacts the customer center on this site via the Inquiry form and follows our instructions to return the item, the replacement item will be sent to the same address as the originally designated delivery address (in this case, the shipping fee borne by our company will also be limited to the fee to that address in Japan specified as the delivery destination).
Furthermore, our company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for damage, breakage, or shortages (including damage occurring after arrival at the address in Japan specified as the delivery destination) caused by the customer’s use of an overseas forwarding service.
