Regarding Contract Non-Conformity (Defects)

In principle, we will exchange products if a contract non-conformity (initial defect, incorrect shipment, etc.) is discovered within 7 days of arrival. However, if replacement stock is unavailable or if we deem an exchange to be inappropriate, we will issue a refund.

Delivery Time

In-stock items: Shipped within 7 business days from the order date.
Pre-order items: Shipped within 7 business days from the scheduled start of shipment.

Return/Exchange Deadline for Defects

Please contact us via the inquiry form within the return/exchange period (within 7 days of product arrival) for defects (initial defects, incorrect shipment, etc.).
We cannot accept requests after this period has passed.

＜Cases not accepted as initial defects＞
・Requests for exchange/return made after the response period from the delivery date (e.g., due to long-term storage).
・Items returned without prior notice (please be sure to contact us before requesting an exchange or return).
・Items damaged or scratched by the customer.
・Requests from anyone other than the purchaser (except for requests by an agent who proves their authority in the manner prescribed by us).
・Items purchased at stores other than this shop (including auction sites, etc.).
