We sincerely apologize, but due to the summer holiday, we will be closed during the period below.

■ Shipping Holiday Period

August 12 (Thu) to August 16 (Sun)

* Orders will still be accepted during the holiday period. (Shipping will resume in order from August 17 (Mon))
* Orders will be shipped within "7 business days" excluding holidays (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and our store's designated holidays).
(Example) If you place an order on August 7, because of the holiday period, shipping will be by [at latest August 21]. * Depending on before/after the holiday, it may take longer than usual until shipment.

■ Customer Support Holiday Period

August 8 (Sat) to August 16 (Sun)

* Replies to Inquiry received during this period will be sent in order from August 17 (Mon).
* Depending on the timing and content of Inquiry, even if you contact us before the holiday, our response may be after August 17 (Mon).
* It may take longer than usual to receive a response. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
