2023年6月1日(木)の出荷分より、ヤマト運輸では荷物転送時の送料が発生します。
「お届け先ご住所の間違い」「長期ご不在」「転居」等により、送り状伝票に記載の住所とは異なる住所へお届け先を変更(転送)される場合には、変更先に応じた送料が発生し、「受取人様」が追加送料をご負担(着払い)いただくこととなります。

【Formation of Purchase Agreement】
When a customer places an order on this site, it constitutes an application for the contract. After the order is completed, an order completion email will be automatically sent from our company system, which serves to inform the customer that the order process is completed. When the company determines that there is no applicable reason for cancellation or withdrawal of the contract as stated below, the contract will be established when the product is shipped. Even after the formation of the contract, if it is determined that there is an applicable reason for cancellation or withdrawal of the contract as stated below, the contract may be canceled. Furthermore, even if the order process is completed, due to the timing of payment acceptance, there may be cases where the purchased product is sold out. 【Transfer of Ownership】

【Regarding Cancellation and Withdrawal of Contract】
Our company may cancel the contract even after the customer's order is completed or after sending the order completion email, if the customer falls under any of the following reasons. Additionally, our company may withdraw the contract even after the contract is established by shipping the product.
- If the result of the examination by the credit card company is not approved or settled.
- If false facts are recognized in the customer's personal information.
- If the ordered product is not scheduled to be stocked for a long time or production is completed.
- If the order exceeds the specified quantity for limited quantity products.
- If a violation of this agreement, other company regulations, or laws is recognized.
- If there is an error in the price or other product information or sales conditions posted on this site.
- If a reason equivalent to any of the above is recognized (including cases where the customer was applicable to any of the above in past transactions with our company), or if our company determines that it cannot respond to the order.
【Regarding Cancellation】
Cancelation of the product cannot be accepted after the order completion email is sent in principle. Even if the email is not received due to the customer's internet environment, cancellation cannot be accepted.
If the product is returned to the store without being accepted by the customer
If the product is returned to the store after being shipped from the store and not accepted by the customer (including refusal to receive, lapse of storage period due to absence, and unknown address, but not limited to these), a notification will be sent to the registered email address of the customer from the store.
If you wish to have the product reshipped, please respond to the email from the store within one month of the email notification. Please note that reshipment will be shipped with freight collect.
If no response or acceptance is made within one month after the email notification from the store, the order will be treated as canceled, and the following costs will be borne by the customer. If the product price has been paid in advance, the remaining amount after deducting the customer's share will be refunded.
- Shipping fee
*The fee will be based on the region-specific shipping fee determined by the store. Please check "Regarding Delivery" within User Guide for details.
*Even in the case of free shipping orders, the shipping fee will be charged similarly.
*If reshipment spans multiple times, the shipping fee for the number of times will be charged.
*If a separate return shipping fee is incurred due to the regulations of the delivery company, the customer will be responsible for that portion. - Actual expenses such as handling fees incurred in relation to the ordered product (including wrapping fees, various service fees, but not limited to these).
【Regarding Returns and Exchanges】
Returns and exchanges of products are not accepted except for initial defects.
Exchanges cannot be accepted for promotional items (novelties), outer box defects, or damages.
If there is any deficiency or defect in the product after delivery, please contact the Chiikawa Market Customer Center via the Inquiry form within 7 days after the product arrives. In principle, defective products will be handled by exchange. However, if there is no exchange stock or if the company determines that the exchange is inappropriate, a refund will be made.
Examples of cases where returns cannot be accepted
(1) Initial defects after the response period has passed from the arrival date of the product due to long-term storage, etc.
(2) Products returned without prior contact
(3) Products that were damaged or broken after being used by the customer
(4) Exchange requests from anyone other than the purchaser
(5) When purchased outside the regular route such as auction sites
(6) When purchased at stores outside this site (including permanent stores, physical stores, internet stores, but not limited to these)
(7) Due to characteristics in manufacturing
【Regarding Resale and Inappropriate Behavior】
Purchase and resale for profit purposes are prohibited.
If our company determines that the behavior is for profit purposes, inappropriate, or improper (for example, repeated orders by individuals or groups for products with purchase limits, large orders or cancellations that are difficult to recognize as personal use, or repeated or continuous resale of products, but not limited to these), and if a third party who obtained the product from the customer or the customer themselves engages in such behavior, or if the customer refuses to receive the product, is absent for a long time, or engages in other inappropriate behavior or business obstruction behavior, our company may cancel, terminate, or refuse future purchases of the sales contract at its discretion, and take other appropriate measures. In such cases, our company will not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer or third parties.
【Regarding Delivery】
Except for some products, products in stock will be delivered within 7 business days from the order date, and Pre-orders start will be delivered within 7 business days from the release date.
Due to weather, natural disasters, power outages, system troubles, incidents or accidents, and other reasons, delivery may be delayed or may not be delivered on the desired delivery date and time. In such cases, our company will not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer or third parties, as long as it is not due to our company's intentional actions.

We do not accept shipments outside of Japan.
【Regarding Member Registration】
(1) Registration of Member Information
Customers who wish to register member information must agree to these terms and register their member information following the procedures specified separately by our company.
(2) Notification of Changes

(3) Prohibition of Transfer, etc.

Furthermore, if the customer becomes unable to use the applicable services due to the aforementioned measures, our company will not bear any responsibility for any damages incurred by the customer or third parties.
- If the application or notification content to our company contains false information
- If the credit card provided by the customer as a payment method is no longer available due to reasons such as cancellation of the contract with the credit card company
- If there is a delay or failure in fulfilling payment obligations such as fees
- If contact cannot be made with the customer who registered the information, using telephone, FAX, email, or other methods
- If there is a violation of these terms
- If our company deems it inappropriate for any other reason

(6) Management Responsibility for Member ID and Password
