Chiikawa SHUTTO (Kurimanju×Shisa)
A 2-WAY cutter that combines an envelope cutter and a letter opener. By pressing the push button and pushing it into the step ball, the blade comes out, making it a safe design that makes it difficult to touch the blade directly when opening envelopes.
